Provo Entry Forms Due Jan 11

Remember that entry forms for the Provo High Dancesport Championships on Jan 25-26 are due by Jan 11 to avoid late fees!

After January 11, each entry form will have a $10 late fee.
After January 18, each entry form will have a $20 late fee.
After January 26, no late entries will be accepted if they create an additional round.

Also, remember that the second annual Utah State High School Showdance Championships will be conducted at the Provo High Dancesport Championships.
