Tentative Schedule

The Tentative Schedule is now available for the 2022 Provo High Dancesport Festival, held at Provo High School on January 28 and 29, 2022! The schedule is available here:

Note that this is a tentative schedule and subject to change. Dancers should be prepared to dance at least 30 minutes before their scheduled time.

Event Day Change

*NOTE* The following events have been moved to Friday:

• YOUTH RHYTHM
• ADULT PRECHAMP LATIN
• NOVICE SMOOTH
• AMATEUR SMOOTH

If you have already purchased Saturday tickets, they will be honored on Friday.

Live Stream

Each day the events will be streamed live by Dance Perfect. Only $10 for the entire day each day! The live stream can be purchased here.

*IMPORTANT* If you find an error or need to make a change: Please email Christine, the registrar, at phsballroom@gmail.com immediately so they can fix your registration. No changes can be made to registrations after Wednesday, January 19, 2022.

Payments

If you have registered but not yet paid, you will not find your name on the heat list.

Team Registration payments can still be made on online for coaches still need to work out payment.  If coaches need to pay with a check or if you need assistance or need to make other arrangements for payments, please contact Angela Williams (angelaw@provo.edu).  If you are paying for the general admission for your team members, please send a team list to Angela Williams ASAP.

Individual Registration payments now have a late fee included.  If you have had any problems with your individual payments going through, please contact Anna Glenn at 801-373-6550 or email annag@provo.edu.

Individual and team entries are due by January 14, 2022 at 3:00 pm. After this time a late fee will be added through January 19 at 3:00 pm. After that time, late registration will only be available on the day of the event if there is room. Late entries will NOT be allowed for teams!
