The final schedule is available for the UVU DanceSport Festival this weekend (February 7 & 8, 2020) at the Lockhart Arena (RL Building, previously the PE Building ) on UVU campus. Click below for the final schedule:

Please note that on Friday night there is a special High School Preview Open House for Juniors and Seniors who would like more information about the UVU Ballroom program.

Dancers should be prepared to dance 20 minutes before their scheduled event. Other links and info:

Entries are due by February 1, 2020 to avoid a late fee. Registration closes Feb 4.

See the below from the organizers for website registration instructions:

1. Click on the event link
2. Log in to your O2CM account or create an account.
   The person who creates the O2CM account can submit entries for any couple for whom they have a Registrant Identification Number (RIN). (The account owner does not need to be one of the dancers. It could be a parent or coach.) After logging in you are taken to the Registration form.
3. Click on “NEW” to create a new dancer and get their RIN. You will be prompted to create a new RIN for each dancer. You will need an email address from the household of each dancer (could be the dancer or a parent)
4. With Lead and Follow selected, you will see options for Division, Age and Skill
   • Division – Amateur
   • Age
     • USA Dance Events will be Age group or Adult
     • Non USA Dance syllabus events will be by School year (Elem, JR High, High School)
   • Skill
     • Novice, Pre-Champ, Champ
     • All syllabus events are Bronze-Gold
5. With those 3 selected you will then see all events for that category.
6. Select the desired event(s) (Ctrl+click to select multiple) and click “Add Couple to Events”
7. You will see events entered in for the couple
8. When complete, click on “Pay Now”. You will be taken to a PayPal checkout page to complete your transaction
