OHS Tiger Classic Entry Forms Available

The entry forms for the OHS Tiger Classic on September 21, 2013 are now available.
Entry forms are available online at:
*Please note that Alpine School District policy will not allow the organizers to collect money on the competition website.*
After completing the entry form, couples will be responsible to pay the registration cost through one of the three following methods:
- Online
through MySchoolFees.com (Alpine School District fee website). Click here for step-by-step instructions on how to pay through MySchoolFees.com. - In person
at Orem High School (175 S 400 E in Orem). The Financial Office is open from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm Monday through Friday. - By mail:Orem High

Payment and Registration Due Dates
After Sept 6th – each entry form will have a $10 late fee.
After Sept 13th – each entry form will have a $20 late fee.
After Sept 18th – late entries will only be accepted if they do not create additional rounds.
