The entry forms for the Utah Dancesport Championships held at Thanksgiving Point and hosted by Center Stage are now available. From Chris Williams:

It’s time once again for the 16th Annual Utah Dancesport Championships hosted by Center Stage Performing Arts Studio. It will be held February 4, 2012, at Thanksgiving Point, The Barn in Lehi, Ut. Here are the forms! It’s going to be a great event! You’re not going to want to miss it! See you all there!
