We are excited to invite you to participate in the 8th Annual Provo High School Dancesport Festival on January 28-29, 2011.  It’s going to be a very exciting competition again this year!  You won’t want to miss it!  Please take a look at the attached letter and entry forms.  Please note that entry forms are due January 19th without a late fee.  After that date, there will be a $10 per form late fee.  We hope to see you all there!

The Provo High School Dancesport Festival will be January 28th and 29th, 2011 in the PHS Gyms. Entry forms will be available soon and will also be available on the Provo High Ballroom website: www.provohighballroom.com. Tickets for spectators sold at the door for $5 per person each day.

The entry forms for the Provo High Dancesport Festival are now available:

• Syllabus Entry Form
• Amateur/Open Entry Form
• Team Entry Form

Entry forms are due Jan 19, 2011 to avoid a late fee. After Jan 26, no entries will be accepted if they create another round.
